cocoa touch - UIView is equal to 0x0 -

i have uiview in application. have object iboutlet connected view. have checked , rechecked, , positive connected. reason, every time seek draw view in uiwindow, never draws. so, looked in debugger. showed view equal 0x0, though it's connected in ib. in addition, uiwindow equal 0x0 well, , connected. doing wrong? why iboutlets equal 0x0?
