i want connect pc via bluetooth mobile phone create phone send sms. possible? suggestion apreciated. give thanks you!

not sure if can done or not way described, if goal pc send sms, , don't care how done, check out twilio - awesome platform , incredibly easy utilize (and inexpensive boot).
