Android: Eclipse autocomplete does not work in xml files -

i seeing unusual problem eclipse ide android development.

autocompletion not work when nail ctrl + space in main.xml file layouts. in bottom left, message saying illustration "linearlayout not found".

i have right namespace specified in file.

it work though other xml files, such strings.xml find strange.

this annoyance i'd see options available view or layout.

anyone got ideas on how resolve this?

check file beingness opened in android xml layout editor (not "plain" xml editor). right-click file, take open with, , select android layout editor.
