i think reply might 50% yes, 50% no. cyber-ark offers web services , api vault objects, should able retrieve passwords vault trusted application. there paragraph of sales info on cyber-ark's website:

but beyond working vault objects, i'm not exclusively sure. i'm looking more info on vault web services, , think need register partner information. i'll post follow-up if larn anymore.
