is there way load new codecs matlab? supports basic codecs , filters. need utilize uncompperessed videos in matlab

on linux, can utilize gstreamer plugins.

on windows, can utilize directshow codecs, including ffdshow. alternatively, can utilize ffmpeg transcode video or write frames of video series of images.
