How to retrieve the data from XML into CSS -

i have requirement have place path of image in xml file , should retrieve css file. alter image without touching code.is possible? if yes this?

we wish easy. :)

to read xml file need scripting language such php

from php or other scripting language need show result in html page.

and utilize css if needed, format html page design end user see it
